It\’s amazing what you can find on the internet if you stop playing poker long enough to look around.

After finding this Weblog site, I followed a link to PokerPro Labs.  I had no idea that anyone could search and find my statistics.  How embarrasing.

I realize I have not been doing well lately.  I\’ve been trying different styles to see if one works better than the other – tight conservative, tight aggressive, loose, play every hand, play few hands.  So far I can\’t say any one works best.  I still feel subject to donkey calls (mostly mine), bad beats, and suckouts.

There has got to be a way to get better.  I plan on continuing to try.

So – this is my first blog.  Ever, anywhere.

My hope is that I will be able to share some of my exhalaration and my frustration, all the while become a better player.  I know there are a lot of very good players out there.  Obviously about 95% of you, based on my success at the on-line tables.

I\’ve read some books and everyone says you get better by talking about your game.  This is my attempt to get better.

Please help if you can.  I will try to share from my experience as well.
